Our story began more than 50 years ago with us four young brothers, full of ambition, excitement, and eager to live out the American Dream.

Together, we built Four Brothers, one restaurant and one one customer at a time. The recipes we created all those years ago are still being served today, more than five decades later.  Every time we opened a new Four Brothers location, we cried when we raised the flag and opened our doors.  We worked tireless 15 hour days, 7 days a week to keep our customers and communities happy.  

It is hard for us to believe how quickly the years have passed, but we remember them like they were yesterday.

Along the way, something happened that became much bigger than restaurants. Our customers became our friends. Our communities became part of our lives. And Four Brothers became a place where generations grew up together.

Many of you grew up eating our pizzas and salads. Years later, you brought your children through our doors. And today, some of you are bringing your grandchildren.

There is no greater privilege for us than that, seeing us stay consistent for everyone as the years change.

For 50 years, we have had the opportunity to build our lives around serving our communities, our people, and our friends. Through all the changes and all the years, the heart of Four Brothers has remained remarkably simple: unique recipes, familiar taste, friendly service, and a place where you know you are always welcome and taken care of.  That consistency through the years is what brings that hearty feeling of coming to our stores.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, celebrated an event, stopped in after work, brought your family, told a friend about us, or simply kept coming back, thank you so much.

Thank you for your continued support. Thank you for the memories. And thank you for allowing our family to live out a dream that began with just four teenage brothers more than half a century ago.  Thank you to our wonderful staff who have worked so hard and shared so many memories with us, many of which span 20+ years, with a great number over 30 and 40 years of working together. 

We are still here today, working closely together as always, serving together, and fortunate enough to have made our work such a meaningful part of our lives.  It’s a special feeling to still be happy doing what we have been doing our whole lives, and it’s because you all made it so wonderful.  

The years have gone by faster than we ever imagined, and it has always been a pleasure to serve you all.
